After the 1990 earthquake that devastated northern Iran, a filmmaker and his son try to drive to the village of Koker, located in the heart of the disaster area. The director is concerned about the fate of the two boys who played in his film, Khaneh doust kojast? (Where is my Friend’s Home?).
Encountering numerous difficulties in reaching the village, he questions passersby, showing them a promotional photo of Kiarostami’s film. The filmmaker finally realizes that “life goes on”….
